I really dont like any of the people running, I think if McCain gets in we will go to war with Iran or close to it he has already said he dont know much about ecomomics, so with him it will depend on who he brings into office...clinton and obama the country will not get any better if not worse, especially with clinton, obama is a great speaker but there is something that I just dont trust about the guy.

Just because McCain is better than Hillary or Obama (which isn't saying much) doesn't mean he should not be challenged on intentionally disregarding his contractual agreements with the FEC.
This is the guy that is so gun hoe about campaign finance reform and he doesn't think public campaign financing laws apply to him. I will sign it.

I was thinking this last weekend. In the republican primaries it is only McCain and Ron Paul left; yeah, technically Ron Paul can't win the nomination but what if McCain died (he is kind of old) and even if that doesn't happen, it looks as if Romney is going to be his V.P. So no matter what I hope McCain's age catches up with him (oh, he's lived a long life! and it would be for the betterment of the country..)

Those are the two biggest issues we face. This country can not handle trillions on top of trillions of more debt. The value of our dollar will be completely worthless.
Our economy is in dire need of reform and voting someone into office that admits he doesn't know much about economics and no real plan to improve it? PLEASE!
Assumption is the mother of all fuck ups

I agree but voting people into office that think they understand the economy and yet think more government regulations and class warfare is the answer is also ridiculous.

Government and social class warfare has done more damage to this country than anything else.
Romney has more economic sense in his pinky finger than any candidate that's thought about becoming president. Mitt Romney would take these characters to school in any aspect of economy. So if your main concern is economy, then you should be all out McCain at this point because all implications say he's grabbing Romney.

                    Re: please sign this

well, isn't that like saying you differ with the fact that Bill Gates knows MS Windows because of a glich in WinXP. The fact is Romney is an econimcs wizard. There's plenty of things and events that make that fact. And like everyone on the face of this planet, I'm sure he has made a bad choice or 2 that in the long run didn't reflect the projected outcome. There are few people that can talk business with Romney. He's worked wonders that top CEOs around the world would give a left nut for.

There might be someone out there that knows business like Romney, but I'm just saying that it isn't any of his political companions or competition.

It wouldn't matter if McCain raised Ludwig Von Mises from the grave to be V.P. he won't listen to a conservative V.P. - he's considered a maverick because he compromises capitalist ideals for progressive ones and I don't see McCain's ego wanting to give his V.P. any amount of credit, especially if it came to turning the economy around, i.e., IMO any conservative V.P. won't have any serious leverage.

                        Re: please sign this

I've always wondered how much a VP really does anyway. I think they're just 'yes men' waiting in the wings for the most part. I really haven't looked at McCain the way you have. I have heard the tales of temper, and the 'maverick' thing, but he really hasn't caught me all that stubborn. But then again, I don't know the guy, and he definitely is strong willed.
But, I would think that's the reason he admits he doesn't know much about business, if he really did as someone stated above, because he plans to let Romney take on the economical issues...and hopefully allot more.

It's a pretty nasty shyt sandwich of candidates. I'm hoping that McCain isn't conservative enough for most conservatives, as they say, and that the war on terror is the only reason he's made it this far. And hopefully he'll delegate wisely, if he even pulls into the white house, which I hope he does over the other 2.

That's exactly what war is; One groups tactical battle against another's tactics.
