well..i can say this..im from new england where we have some great chinese joints and i lived in mississippi for a few years and the chinese was pretty much just as good... -

I've never been a big fan of the Chinese food. The best sushi I've ever ate from Florida to Canada is at a Japanese steak house right down the street from me, and I live in Florida. I imagine that you find top notch Chinese food in the China Towns across America, but a good chinese restaurant could pop up anywhere. They'll navigate a kitchen the same in the north or the south.1 up
