Hey guys, Ive had a problem over the last few months of back and shoulder acne both during and after a cycle. I thought that after my cycles were over, it would go away but it hasnt and actually has gotten a little worse. the worst part is, the acne is actually quite painful. Is there something I can get over the counter or should I go see my doc? I have no problem with either.

I think there's this thing that just recently came out. It's a shower gel with antibiotics and other things in it that fight acne on chest and shoulders. Go to your local pharmacy and ask them what it is. I've heard great things about it. -

Apple Cider Vinegar or SABA both help taken every day.
some people take the liquid, i take ACV pills.

my doc gave me pills a cream and a gel..along with benzoyl peroxide bodywash..but basically i had to just suck it up and deal with the pain..it sucks, but i guess its part of the game...Comment

Put tea tree oil/witch hazel/and alcohol that can be obtain at your pharmacy in spray bottle . Spray on chest/back 2 x day.Comment

I have been taking Tetracycline for about 5 days now and it seems like its gotten a bit worse. I know some of these things they get worse before they get better. Is this normal or should I stop?Discipline is the bridge between goals and accomplishments.

are you tanning ? ... using anti bacterial soap when taking a shower.. few tips:
- if you are tanning or you're about to tan, take a shower first and then tan. don't take a shower after the tan...wait at least couple of hours if you have to take another shower.
When you shower, take a really hot shower..for about mins... make sure the water gets on your beck and chest...shoulders and all around..after the hot shower...turn cold water on and then rinse off for about 5 mins. the hot water will open up your pores so when you scrub yourself you'll pick up the dirt and get out that oil, when you finish off with cold water, you'll close your pores so bacteria and other oils would not come in.Comment
