We have the best sushi in town a few blocks from my house. We killed it Wed night. This place is the best I've ever had in all my travels as a matter of fact. I had some grouper tempura that was killer...never had it before. I love it all.
And deno, it's mostly all cooked. Just the nigiri is raw. Which I destroy as well. You can eat too much though and be left feeling a little yuck stomached for a while. It's hard to do but I've done it.
