This dufus who shot up NIU's campus bought his guns legally after lying/not answering truthfully about being in a mental instutution and i got turned down for a pistol permit back in '92 because i had been arrested for DUI? I even argued with the cop saying yes, i was arrested but not convucted, i won the phuqing court case and he said yeah, but you were arrested so no permit. I finally got one in another city years later but c'mon, a mentally unstable, institutionally committed chump can just answer no on the application for the gun and no one checks it out?????
