I don't think I want to click on that link, but America is probably the least sexually corrupt country. There are plenty of countries with young children being sold for sexual favors and so on by the masses. Horribly corrupt stuff that we couldn't even imagine going on everyday in a lot of countries legally. Man it's a nasty world out there bro.
