A friend of mine that used to go to the dragstrip with me every week in my Stangin days traded his '96 Cobra for a brand new '01 Cobra in '01. We swapped the independent rear end for a solid axle with 4.30s. Threw a 150hp wet kit on it, and he was pullin mid 11s on Drag Radials. I forget what he was puttin down at the 60' marker, but that thing would get it.
