    I do bro. I tried working shoudlers and traps the same day but Ididnt like the feel. So I train traps with backmost of the time.

    Back

    Bent-over rows: 5x 6-10

    Dumbell rows: 3x 6-10

    Pull-ups: 3x 6-10

    Shrugs: 5x 10-15


    Shoudlers

    Military Presses: 5x 6-10

    Side lateral: 3x 6-10

    bent laterals: 3x 6-10

    front raises: 2x 10


    Thats the routine Im doing right now. I change workout every month or so, so my body wont get used to the same thing. I will post some pictures today or tommorrow finally so you all can critique. But Bull thats my routine, just work out a body part per day but train it 100% knowing that Im getting a good workout.

      i wana work my traps w/ some other body part but dunno which one to do it with... I like to work eveyr body part by it self.. like chest one day, back one day, legs one day, arms one day...

      so its hard to fit traps w them

        i don't train traps, for some reason they grow on their own i would train them with shoulders if i did train them. my back workout is too long and hard to throw trap in.

              I train traps with back too. For back I do deadlifts, upright rows with a narrow grip, barbell rows and pullups. For shoulders I do military presses, side lateral raises, and bent over laterals.

                  I work my traps on the days I do back, biceps and forearms. I train shoulders on the days I do chest, tris, and neck. I train legs, lower back, abs, and calves on my third day! I do this on Monday, Tuesday, and wednesday and try to hit 12 reps as an endurance phase. I come back Thurs., Fri., and Sat. with the same routine but go alot heavier for 5 rep sets for power and stregth training. I have really researched this routine and have had great success with it!! Good luck, bro!!

                    well bro i guess im diff but i train them on the same day.after i get done doing chest and tris shit im done.. and my shoulders were not responding. so i trained them on another day therefore i was able to do more weight and they started growing

                      man i dunno i cant work my back with traps .. i just feel so dead after back day... Today i did deadz + traps+ calvez... my traps are fallin behind so im really tryin to hit it as hard as possible..

                      I dont even like doin deads on back days any more, takes too much out of me and i cant work my upper back and lats the way i want 2... am i beeing a *****? lol

                      I still havnt found the best routine that works for me... i cant fit all the body parts with proper time of recovery in a week it usually takes 8 days for me to cover the whole body..

                        Just work on back and traps on same day bro. You feel like as if you got a back pack full of books, loaded, pumped as hell. Well that how I feel. Try it bro you'll like it.

                          I work traps on various days. I have a dedicated day but I fit another small trap regimen in.

                          DAY
                          1- chest/bi's-(one excercise) obliques
                          2- back/calves/abs
                          3- upper leg/tri's abs
                          4- off
                          5- shoulders/bi's abs
                          6- 1hr Cardio/traps/pull ups/abs
                          7- off

                            hey bro here is my routine. chest & tri, back & bi ,delts &traps, legs. i tried several others even like doing chest and tri and delts all in same day but for me that was just to much. like u said gather up all ideas but listen to your body cause were all diff.

                              I do traps with shoulders and only do 4 sets of shrugs and they grow like a mo fo.
                              Assumption is the mother of all fuck ups
