sorry to hear of your loss. i lost my cat over 2 years ago and i can still cry over it very easily. i was really close to him, and i'm sure that you can understand when i say how special he was.
that is the only downside to pets- they die.
like others have said, you and i will always have memories, but i really, REALLY miss that damn cat sometimes.

I've had him for 15 yrs, and we've been though a lot together. I found a knot on his back in July, and the vet confirmed that it was cancer. He was a beautiful solid grey short hair that was 16 pound monster kitty.
He'd greet me at the door every day. When I'd pick him up, he would put a paw on each side of my neck like he was hugging me. Then sniff my face. My SIL always said he was giving me hugs and kisses.Comment
