ENERGY
what do people do for extra energy...sometimes i am just out of gas and could use a good pick me up. B12 shot will work for a bit but fads fast and then will do nothing till im off of b12 for several weeks.

like somebody else mentioned, just good ole coffee. A power nap works like a champ too, and I try to get 7-8 hrs sleep every night. That upper stuff makes me feel like shyt. i.e. upper drinks and pills and whatever1 up
