You ain't got nothin on me. I could get the slack training award right now. It's okay though. I've had lulls before. My shoulders are feeling good as new. My right wrist and forearm is 100%. I'm heading back to the gym right here directly and getting rid of pretty much all my home equipment because that was my downfall...to think I could train at home.

I did good for a while, even with the interuptions. I got a decent set-up. Smith machine so I could knock the squats out without killing my lower back. The pulleys aren't as good as the gym's though, and I love hammerstrength. I really love the hip sled too. I just really get killer workouts in the gym. There is always something that just don't work the way I need it to with my home equipment. That pissed me off and discourages me. That's why I can't wait to get back in the gym and cut loose. It's really worked out for the good because I got a good break. I bet I'm gonna hit my mark I've tried for forever when I get back to it.
