  • Heros marathon

I don't watch much prime time television. I don't watch any television for that matter except some sports, Discovery, and National Geographic HD. I like real stuff. Most everything else on tv is garbage. I enjoy that Heros show though. We have the HD-DVR box so we record it so I can watch it whenever I can. We got like 5 episodes so I guess we're gonna run 'em. It's good that way too because you're not left hangin. For those that don't tune in to Heros, it's one of those never ending always continued, leave ya hangin til next week type of shows. Not for me though. And damn the commercials to hell. An episode runs in about 40 minutes without commercials. The sponsoring companies are trying to figure out ways to get people to stop fast forwarding thru the commercials with little games and shyt. uck that...FF.
So, I'm about to be Heroed down for a while this evenin. It's a pretty badass show though.

Ya my wife an I love that show as well. I rented season 1 and we could not stop watching it. Season 2 I tape on my PvR then watch it after, so much better to skip the commercials! Dexter is another good series you should tune in to if you can, very different king of show.

              Re: Heros marathon

Well, I liked Superman when I was a kid and enjoy Heros now. That's the extent of it. The sci-fi channel gets no play and I never could make it thru 5 seconds of Star Trek. There are a few things that grab my interest that science can't explain, so I guess there is a gnats ass of interest there. You won't find me dressed up like Yoda at the next Star Wars convention though.
