Ok just to be sure here is their return policy from their website:
Merchandise: We guarantee your satisfaction on every product we sell with a full refund. Exceptions: Televisions, projectors, computers, cameras, camcorders, iPOD / MP3 players and cellular phones must be returned within 90 days of purchase for a refund.


How to Return: Simply return your purchase at any one of our Costco warehouses


See there is not timeline for normal items it is only select items that have a 90 day return policy! They obviously changed the one about tvs which is too bad as they are big ticket items......

Oh actually Canada has a diiferent policy than the US:

1.00 ct Jewellery Returns

When returning items containing a 1.00 ct center diamond or larger, Costco warehouses may require additional time to verify the diamond, in which case a refund will be approved upon positive verification. This process may require two to five business days.

Computer Returns Clause
Costco Wholesale's return policy for all desktop and notebook computers is six months from date of purchase. After the six-month return window, all services and technical support will be subject to the remaining manufacturer's warranty, where applicable.

So we here in Canuckville can still return TVs anytime.......

it was the best return policy in the world before they changed it. I had my ipod for 6 months then decided i wanted a bigger one. They gave me cash.

Also, returned my roommates bbq he had for 4 years. All rusty and sh!t. Gave him $400 in store credit.

Yes!!! I'm back in action. Friday night, almost a full week later on the dot that the lamp blew. And when it blows, it literally blows. There were tiny pieces of glass all in the lamp from when it blew up.
The guy told me that they get 8000 hours out of those lamps continueously running in the labs.
At least I'm back up and ready for game day.
