If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.
I'm off to take the state exam to upgrade my license to the highest level of Residential appraising (Certified Residential) this morning. I will have no limits on the residential properties I can do and I will be able to do small commercial properties. This is the last hurdle of the process for me, so wish me well.
I'll let you know how I did later.
