?? Don't see why you think this drug will be that big.
American college students enjoy Adderall. I don't see many people prescribed this drug, and I bet if its usage does increase, it will be marginal at best.

Currently is a drug in FDA trails #2 that claims to keep the user up for 48 hours with no decrease in cognitive brain activity, now that drug will be a big deal.

And a Wiki is horrible, anyone can post info, aside from the structure of the molecule, I wouldn't trust much that is stated. Many drugs have "amazing" off label claims also, but they don't become any bigger then other drugs.

But maybe it will become big, we are a grossly overmedicated country, and it only seems to be getting worse.
