Cory reason I don't have insurance is because I'm only working part time for school. Just transfered schools and had something go wrong with my health at a bad time. Now that I have been to the doctor about it new insurance will probably not cover it, preexisting condition. And where in any thread did I ask for a handout?

Any of you two know a college student that can drop $4,000? Hell I bet both of you couldn't drop $4,000 if needed too.
I'm sorry for you man, I really am!! Maybe I didn't know all the details of your situation. I am 37 now, and fortunately for me I am able to take care of myself if the situation comes up. But it was not always like that. You will be fine, just take care of yourself, bro, and I wish you the best of luck!! Peace!!

Comparing these "luxuries" to surgery makes no sense. These luxuries are pretty cheap in comparison. I can afford to go the doctor but no way I can afford $4,000 right now.

amazing, someone better PM GU and tell him the 'Ignore function' doesnt work.

Not really going to my head, Ive been a mod at one board or another for awhile now, Im an admin of another board, still doesnt matter, YJ is YJ, you get what you see, love me or hate me. I am a regular member here. I do regular things and help other regular people. I dont give a shit about your admin status, thats irrelevant to me to be honest. Admin or not, you're acting like a 16 year old *****, you quit as an admin, now you whine on a message board about not having money to go to the doctor, yet you have internet service, a computer, and enough money to buy gear? Try getting job man, make sure you change your tampon first, your attitude is comparable to my sister's.

Once again, you made it personal, you can either act like a *****, or suck it up and move on with life, no sympathy from me.

I was only saying, if you had been proactive, you may have been able to afford this!! You can't go thorugh life living in the here and now!! These days you have to be prepared for what might come out of the blue!!

Come on Cory you were 23 once. Saving money is hard with bills not no much income while going to school at this age. I honestly doubt any of my friends have $4,000 in savings. Look at how many adults live pay check to pay check too. Another thing at 23 you don't think about things going wrong and needing (lots) money out of the blue money.

Well, I guess you are right in that sense!! That mindset comes with age. Maybe I am trying to get you to realize whats important now, because I didn't either at your age and I don't want to see one of my bros make the same mistakes I did. I'm sorry if I offended you, User, and let me know how things work out for you!! No hard feelings, bro!!
