    hello, i kind of need help, for the next month my eating will have to start from 7:30 at night everynight for the next month, cause my family fasts for the religous month.

    I ate everyday 6 to 8 meals a day with my protien shakes, and i'm also on dballs 50 mg

    I don't know what to do i know i'm gonna lose some size.

    I work the night shift so i go to sleep at 6 in the morning, and i wake up at 1 or 2 depends on the mood.

    any ideas for diets or what to eat since i don't want to lose a lot of size or lose my wieght.

    i go to the gym 6 days a week

    I ADMIRE YOUR DEDICATION TO YOUR RELIGION...BUT WOULD IT ABSOLUTELY HURT TO HAVE A PROTEIN DRINK? TECHNICALLY ITS NOT EXACTLY A MEAL!

    MAYBE SOME OF OUR NUTRITION GURUS CAN CHIME IN AND HELP! CUTTING OFF "COLD TURKEY" WITH YOUR EATING, YOU WILL CERTAINLY LOSE SOME SIZE FOR SURE

      thanks for the input, but i was thinking to eat like everyhour, from 7:30 till the morning 6 am, that's over 10 meals would that be the same almost.

      and since i'm waking up in the afternoon, i'm only missing 5 or 6 hours of food
