Anyone have it? Any suggestions how to deal with it? I have had pain that runs from the glute area to the hip, groin, down the back of my leg, and to the heel of my foot. I haven't done cardio in 2 weeks because it makes it worse. Also have been only working on upper body, with my trainer, for the past 2 weeks. I have tried, ice, heat, celbrex, flexiril, now the doc put me on a Medrol dosepak, even went out an bought new gym shoes. I am getting frustrated cause I can't workout and sleeping is disrupted also. It is hard to get comfotable, and sitting is the worst. I have made some good progress since I am working with a trainer and I am afraid this will set me back. Any advice would be appreciated.
