If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.
That's what I was thinking...ya'll are some debt free bastads. 150 would be a great enabler though. It would come out huffin with about 600 to the rear wheels and another 250 on the button. My other toy would be a brand new CBR 600RR possibly 1000..track weekend once a month.
I would find an apartment complex with at least 14 units renting for about $800 a month ($11200 a month income). I would put $140,000, and finance the rest. The key is make sure your rental income is on the positive side to your loan payment. $560,000 over 30 years at 8% is $6861 a month. Positive cash flow of almost $5000 a month.
