pray for some friends of mine

I got this news today about a pretty good friend of mine and his girlfriend. If you guys don't mind keep them in your thoughts and prayers


Last Wed Jason and Sarah's lives changed dramatically. Her water broke at 20 weeks and it is not good. The doctors are hopeful, but since there is no fluid where Braedyn is then his lungs can't develop as they need to. If Sarah can carry him past 24 weeks then he has a slim chance. She is on total bedrest at Sacred Heart and she is doing everything to carry him 3 more weeks. Not sure what will happen, but I ask everyone to please pray for all of us because that is all we have at this point because the doctors can not do anything to help this situation. We are really scared and not really sure what we will do if the worst happens, so please pray that he will make it. She will be in the bed until she delivers. If she carries him to 34 weeks then that will do C-section and deliver him. We wont know until he is born if his lungs will work. She is at Sacred Heart Womens Hospital...

They got my prayers buddy! I'm assuming they have already started her on steroids to help with the lung development?

With modern marvels of medicine pally, they can give him some steroids to develop the lungs without amneo fluid. You will be amazed at hwat they can do these days. I'll pray. No child should be taken from his/her parents at a young age.

My aunt had a premature baby who was the size of my hand when he was born. I cant remember how old he was but hes doing great now hes like 4yrs old and on GH to help him grow but they can definetlly work wonders.

well bad news fellas she gave birth on the 30th. the baby had only a short life, his lungs were not developed enough for him to live. sarah and jason got to spend a little time with him but God decided to take him. thank you for your support

I have been watching this thread and waiting to hear some good news. I am deeply sorry for your friends. Fuzo and I had our daughter Gabriella 2 years ago . She was also born and did not survive. There is not a word to describe the feelings that your friends our feeling right now. The best thing is to be there for them and don't say to much. Prayers and sorrow are enough to say right now.
