  • Cracking your back !

    How many of you love to crack your back , neck ect . Well I do . I was wondering if it's bad to do this as a habit everyday or every couple hours ! I sure feel better after doing this , sometimes my back is in pain and its just a must for me to do . I always wanted to see a chiropracter but don't think its worth the money .

    Stats : 5'9 185 lbs. 17 arms
    goal to past 200 lbs.

      I don't know if its bad but that sure feels good when I used to have my girl walk on my back to crack it.

          Is this bad? When I sneeze my back cracks. Feels great every time. Wish I sneezed more often.

              bro a chiropractor is deffinately worht it if hes good i was hit on ym bike when i wa sliek 13 and when i was abotu 16 or so i started getting back problems and it was b/c of this accident he took care if it and i ha dpinched nerve from from trying to push a truck by myself (worlds strongest man moment) and he got rid of that and im all good now as im typign this im thinkin i should go back havnt seen him ina while and the secretary is a fuckin hottie!

                  i crack my back every time i have back pain.. and it helps a lot!
                  (50 cent... i usually stand up straight, straighten ur arms right infront of u and hold ur hands together, and then just swing from far left to far right... that usually makes it crack... or sometimes by just bending onto one side u can make it crack too).....
                  oh and yeah i crack my fingers all the time too..... no clue why... it just sounds kool

                            I don't know if it's bad for you or not, but a while back I read an article that cited a study conducted on people in nursing homes. What they found was that people who had 'poped' their joints had less arthritis than those who hadn't. I dunno - I think it feels good and I'll continue to do it...
                            The burden of originality is one that most people don't want to accept. They'd rather sit in front of the TV and let that tell them what they are suppose to like, what they're suppose to buy, and what they're suppose to laugh at. You have Beavis and Butthead telling you what music you're allowed to like and not like, and you've got sitcoms that have canned laughter that lets you know when to laugh if you're too stupid to know when the joke is. People are too lazy and too stupid to think for themselves because America has raised them that way.
