If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.
True but it's because some a$$hole flatlander usually lights the side of of the road on fire. in eastern Oregon they'll ticket ya if they see you smoking in your car, it takes a second till acres of land are ablaze from it being so parched. bigtime pucker factor during an electrical storm !
Leaders did what others weren't willing to do, now they enjoy the things that others do not.
I think that the people who come up with these laws should be kicked in the teeth. If there is evidence that someone lit the country side on fire charge them with arson. If not, it is littering. End of story. This law won't last. It is unconstitutional, but then again so is property tax.
The worst part is when someone in front of you flicks the cigarette out the window and the still lit ashes go all over your car, damn that pisses me off, I catch up to that person and tell them how I feel.

i am too, and i've done it when i was younger, but in fla. alot of fires are started that way, so i try not to do it...but, on occasion, i know i still do
