I don't want to panic or anything like that but I just can't take my mind off of this situation that I recently found out. I had this friend who I met in high school and after high school we lost touch..and then he came to me to say hi after few years and we started hanging out again..nothing big just..going out on few lunches...and thats it... this guy was a real nice person, always would help out with anything....but he always had this persona as someone who would do anything for money... and be criminally active. Well, I stopped talking to him about a month or so and found out he was arrested for numerous robberies at phucking gun point..and has some SERIOUS i Mean serious charges after him...could put him in jail for many many years... When I met him at first after a few weeks, I met his sister ...said hi/hi nothing big..and that was the last time I talked to her, or seen her. I stopped talking to him for about a month and all of a sudden someone calls me on my cell, and its his sister.. i was suprised and shocked..to have her call me.. I don't even know her...I had a feeling something was wrong with her brother... so she tells me have you heard what happened to my brother..I was like no..I was busy working alot of hours etc.. she tells me he's been arrested... has some serious charges against him...robberies and assaults...kidnapping some serious phucking ****...I couldnt believe it... so all of a sudden she starts to question me when was the last time I saw him hung out with him...this and that.. I told her about a month ago..then we lost touch again...she goes and says well how long has that been can you tell me the date etc... she was like questioning me and ****... like these weird questions.. so I asked her why she was questioning me - she said she just wanted to know everything , who he hung out with etc.. she did sounded like his sister..and revealed some info that I already know.....she told me he would like if I come to jail and see him and all that stuff.. .. I'm worried b/c she was questioning me...asking me..when was the last time i hung out with him...what did we do etc...she was like he was wrongly accused someone else did it... why the phuck did she call me..

I wouldn't worry but I would be extremely specific and careful as to what you tell her; mostly "I don't remember". It sounds like she is just trying to get him an alibi and if you say you were with him at the time he was doing some shady ****, you'll find yourself in some depositions or interviews. -

i told her i honestly dont remember the last time we hung out...about month and a half ago..i cant recall the date...i told her we had lunch... andi drove him home..and that was it.Comment

The least you say the better, that I know by personal experience. Had a buddy 6 months ago get popped with ALOT of smoke. So of course his friends were running around like crazy wigging out. I just didnt say shiit to anyone about anything. Just keep to the basics and tell her thats it and dont speak to her again. I also wouldnt go see him imo, whats the point if you arent that close to him? And if this stuff is true he needs to rot in there anyways...Armed robbery is no joke.Comment

Fit I just said..why would she who I really never talked to..or anything call me..to tell me he's in jail..and has done all these things... and she was questioning me... but in a nice way...like it was police calling everyone on his cellphone and cross-examining them...Comment

I 1000% know what you are saying but there is alot to worry about if they name him as a friend and start to question him. That dude might be trying to save his azz and maybe he didnt act alone, so they might be looking for another person. Dude, it sounds like she is just playing the "investigator" role and trying to figure out all the details about the ****e he pulled.
Don't sweat it. But if she continued to call I would tell her once again: "I DON'T REMEMBER" and tell her not to try to drag you into any of his crap and to stop calling you.Vet here and there....

again, if you havent done anything, i wouldnt worry about it. if she calls again, hang up, you're busy, whatever. ignore it. if its leo, knowing how shook you already sound, they can pick that up too and think you're hiding something and then really start digging. and you know what they say, when people start looking, they usually find. keep your mouth shut! stay in your lane, play your role, keep it cool. if you haven't done anything wrong, you have nothing to worry about.Comment
