Just had an employee retire after 39yrs as a nursing assistant! Last year we had a member of dietary retire after 38yrs. That's really somethin, you just don't see that kind of loyalty and work ethic with the younger crowd ya know?

yea, it's weird down south...up here, you see it all the time with the autoworkers

Hell yeah, they want that retirement. Down here you see it with the railroad workers, and some of the state jobs but that's bout it.
