Fire Academy

hey folks ....

have not been around as much because i am training at the Fire Academy. Its kicking my ass, but i am having a blast with it. i am not getting to the gym nearly as much but the work out there is keeping me leaner than ever.... looking and feeling pretty jacked! ha

anyway, I still pop in and read up when i can.... and ill be back more in a couple months.

good for you boss, just had a real good friend graduate from the fire academy, he ended up losing like 20 lbs during it! don't worry you'll gain it all back!
