Why? The executive branch is not solely responsible for the actions of this country.
Next time you hear someone voting for the lesser of two evils, you could remind them what that eventually leads to - inevitable evil!

        Re: another bush law

^ kinda disagree..lately the executive branch makes alot of decisions with out the other branches (patriot act)..IF things were don the right way there would be a balance in all decisions..Our congress is corrupted, our admin is corrupted and our media is corrupted and all made the wrong decisions for going to/feeding into the war.

PL...im not gonna reply to your whole post, but Ive never been called a liberal in my life, lol..so anyone against a rediculous/illegal war is a liberal?>We got sadamn a long time ago, besides thats not what this war was about remember. WMDS..So protesting the war should be illegal in your opinion?? If thats the case, you don't believe in the constitution?? Why do you think the NEOCONS not conservatives (im conservative) have the borders open? Because we WILL be apart of the north american union with canada and mexico, 100% next 10 years, unless we as citizens dont let it happen.

Have you ever read the patriot act by the way?? Read it and then youll see who can be a terrorist according to it.

The Patriot act was passed by the Legislative Branch before the Executive Branch approved it.

            Re: another bush law

well technically passed , but it was more pushed through..most didnt even have a chance to read it because it was an emergency bill/act..

i searched real quick and found this exerpt..if you research it you can see that congress was hurried into signing it..so either it was a huge mistake by them, they were pressured or theyre corrupt

In case you've been on Mars since 2000, following the September 11, 2001 terrorist attack, Congress passed the "PATRIOT Act" (500+ pages) in October, which was quickly signed by President Bush. The full text of the PATRIOT Act was not read on the floor of the House or Senate, nor was it made available to Congress in a reasonable time before it was voted on. Almost none of Congress read it before approving it, and President Bush almost certainly never read it before signing it.

LOL! You know, the sad thing is, those approval rating are just crap. His approval rating was in the dumps before the last election and he still one. Those ratings are biased because I for one have never been asked, ever! So, where are they getting the numbers from? Simple, somewhere like LA or NY, which we all know are high Dem areas.

With that said, I would still rather have Bush than Kerry but I'm not happy with Bush. I'm just not happy with the way he has gone about things. Even if he is successful with the war (yeah, ok) what's his plan to get the debt back down? Plan, what plan? Too busy with the war and a possible attack on Iran to think about the debt. Whoever the next guy is, he needs to be well rounded. He needs to balance things out. This counrty has an unbelieveable amount of crude oil available but we are hording it. The smart thing to do when this war started would have been to open up our supply, refuse to buy from anyone in the Middle East and ask Britian and everyone else to agree and push down their economy's so bad they would have to give in to our presences there. But no, our govenrment want's to be the last one standing when the oil music stops. I've told this story numerour times on here.....my uncle used to work for this company that would go around and drill, when they found oil, they called this number and some government guys would come out, tap the line and number them and them move on. Just in Luisiana alone there are literally hundreds of oil pools to draw from. We have a ****load of oil at our own disposal, but our government is hording. Like the littel brat kid that has a kickball but won't let anyone play with it, that's what they are doing and this goes back to Clinton's time because that's when my uncle was doing this. He told us about it one year at Christmas or Thanksgiving and said they were told under no circumstance not to tell anyone about what they were doing. But, he was so pissed about gas prices he told us. And, it pisses me off too. We have oil, we have refiners, so why is it that Argentina pay on average .20 a gallon and we pay $3? Because we are being fooled. But, this isn't about Bush, this is about the US government as a whole and the whole thing is corrupt. It doesn't matter who is in office, they will have some kind of corrupt thing going on. No party is free of it, they all do it. The ones who are actually honest, won't get the approval to run from others in their party. Eventually, they turn to the dark side and then get party approval. By then, it's too late to be honest again because it would be career suicide. It's all of them!

I would have loved to have had Ross Perot win that one election. Man, things would have really upened up the eyes of Americans.
I used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.

                          Hey pigmeat..

Well, 28% beats your democratic congress' 3% approval rating last time I checked. What HAVE nancy pelosi and the girls done in the congress recently...oh yeah, I think they got around to dissing the troops, spending alot of time passing non-binding resolutions, and renaming a few post offices..
