          Was pretty cool actually, pretty brutal too. this one dude got knocked the hell out and was carried away on a litter...never seen'em wake up. it's a series so it should be on again soon.

            i missed it. gonna see if there is a replay

            i just started in a new MMA gym and i was told my forte is muay thai. (not that i am good at any of it as my fight record shows)

              It's been on the last coupla days, might be able to catch it today. I like the way it's to the point and great for people of shorter stature. at first I took it for granted as jus being simular to kickboxing, but it actually has some moves and is an art. I really like the training and am thinking about giving it a try in adding it for a cardio/cutter routine.
