What the heck is all over his lower back? Is that acne? It looks disgusting! Maybe that's why his shorts are so high, to cover that nasty ass stuff up. Damn that's some nasty stuff and it's even in the shade. I can't imagine how nasty it would be in the light.

dude..thats what i looked like on my chest when i come off tren! i had to hammer some antibiotics. it still didnt really go away untill fuzo told me to hit a tanning booth and dry them out...it sux!...side note...dummy me just got off a little tren tren again!!! lol...acne's back!! lmao...but, i love that tren!
