Westide Barbell is offering a certification course.

Dear Strength Coaches, Personal Trainers and Strength Enthusiasts everywhere:

Westside Barbell is offering a training certificate to coaches but not limited to just coaches. The truth must be told to America, the methods that have developed the strongest men in the world, is now available to anyone who can pass the three hour exam. The three methods of training are the dynamic method, the repetition method and the maximal effort method will be discussed. Volume control, delayed transformation, the development of a fast rate of force development, the conjugant system and much much more.

Many talk and read about training but we really train and experiment on all training for all types of strength development, with the help of physics and calculus professors. We will not only show you how to become super strong, but super explosive as well. Learn how to jump on a 59” box or officially squat 1150 pounds at a body weight of 264, or after resting on your knees jump onto your feet with 255 pounds on your back. We will also show you how to take 3/10 off of a perspective NFL ball player in three months.

Do you really know how to accommodate resistance? Learn the contrast and reactive methods including weight releasers and the future method. What about over speed eccentrics and the virtual force effect plus what are optimal eccentrics? Unfortunately, these methods of sports training are not taught in our universities in America . To excel in training and coaching, you must lead, not follow.

Methods that are outdated by sometimes 50 years will bring only outdated results. You owe it to your team, your athletes and above all you owe it to yourself to learn the most modern and innovative methods used today. These methods are taught to rugby, soccer, major college and NFL football teams.

If you use chains, bands, box squatting training by percents, board press, etc you are using some form of Westside training. So let’s test your knowledge and gain your Westside training certificate. You also get a hands-on experience by attending a training session at Westside Barbell. It is highly recommended to use the training tapes used by Westside Barbell, the training articles by Louie Simmons and we will recommend five books for review that you will need to pass the test. (Small hint, one is a basic physics book.) The cost will be $395.00 U.S. and $149.00 to retake the exam, if necessary. Look for further information coming soon. Westside Barbell and Louie Simmons are both United States Trademarks.

    Sincerely

    Louie Simmons
