What I don't get is, what the hell is wrong with people? Seriously, what is wrong with these people that they would even consider something like that? That poor girl lost her virginity, is going to have mental problems and lost her mom. What is she going to do in life now? She's going to be all messed up in the head and probably won't get the treatment she needs to get through it because she will probably be put in the system. Hopefully she will get to live with a relative who has their act together and giver her the love she needs and she is going to need it.
