OUT OF KANSAS CITY MISSOURI THIS JUDGE HAS LET OVER 4 PEOPLE WITH PROBATION ON RAPING AND MOLESTING CHILDREN THIS JUDICIAL SYSTEM WE HAVE MUST STOP. ORLANDO CISNEROS RAPED A GIRL 17 TIMES AND GAVE HIM PROBATION. SHE WAS RAPED IN 2006 AND HE IS OUT ON THE STREET RIGHT NOW

He must be a sick wacko himself. There should never ever be an option of probation for rape, ever! If you rape, you go to jail, period. That judge needs to be removed from his position.I used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.

Damn, that's phucking disgusting. My idea of justice is the criminal, after convicted, should always prefer to be the victim of his own crime. This guy gets to get his rocks off and the victim is the only one that suffers. I swear, with judges like that, the system is promoting vigilantism. Seriously, who would let that happen to their daughter and watch the guy get off scot-free!!Comment
