Feel sorry for her ? you gotta be f#@king kidding me. that silly tw@t was born with a silver spoon in her mouth, and should know better than us peons. if I was to pull stuff like that I'd be doing serious time. under aged celebs getting served at clubs, flashing a tit for the camera and driving drunk ? I'm with Merc, just because your a stupid, good for nothing celebrity, doesn't mean the law should discriminate against you or punish you to prove a judges superiority in a power struggle. I have seen, on the news, a couple of lawyers from L.A. say that most people in her situation wouldn't have even seen any jail time.
Does she need to be brought down to reality, yeah but not by an overly aggressive judge using her celebrity status as a stepping stone in his career.

I'm glad shes in jail, she deserves it. I'm sure some may think its unfair (the whole 40 days for a DUI) but I'm sure she has done other stuff wrong in her life to add up to 40 days if you think about it. You don't think before she was 21 that she was not going out every night drinking. I say its fair considering. Also about the whole wife beating thing, I don't feel that Paris's sentence should be less because his sentence was low, I think his should just be more.

anyone see tommy chong talking about this. he made some good points. How much time did mel gibson get for his troubles...none. Im with most everyone else she needs to do the time and the person that got her out of jail to start with should lose their job IMO
