unreal...someone got ahold of my credit card info...again! wiped me out! now i gotta go through this....again! i need to learn how to do this. seems like they get away with it every time!

If so, maybe you can get one specifically for internet usage - the type you can load up when you need to.

Seriously, that sucks! I thought what was purchased? If it was online, there would be a delivery address or signature so you can get around that. If it was in real life, there would be a signature so you should be able to fight it.
