WELL ITS BEEN 6 WEEKS SINCE MY DISK REPLACEMENT IN MY NECK AND SO FAR SO GOOD. ALOT OF THE PAIN IS GONE I NALY TURN MY HEAD TO THE LEFT WITHOUT ALOT OF PAIN IT WAS LIKE IT WOULDNT TURN IT WAS STUCK AT A CERTIAN POINT.THE NUMBNESS AND TINGLINESS HAS IMPROVED STILL HAVE IT IN MY 3 FINGERS BUT LESS. THE DOC SAID THAT CAN TAKE MONTHS TO FIX. IT STILL WILL TAKE 3-4 MONTHS BEFORE THE NEW DISK WILL FUSE SO I STILL CANT TRAIN NORMALY.BUT IF ANYONE IS EVER NERVEOUS ABOUT HAVING THIS TYPE OF SURGERY IT WORKS WELL ANYWAY IT SEEMS TO BE WORKING FOR ME ANYWAY.

It's always good to be going the right direction after something like that. The last thing you want is to get no progress but it looks like you are and have even more to look forward to. Very good news bro.I used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.

WELL I PUT UP 280 WITH VERY SLOW AND STRICT FORM. I'd be careful with that bro. Basically just do some light stuff to keep the muslce in use. From my experience, as long as you use the muscle you won't lose much at all in size. Maybe some stregth, but not much size. Not as bad as doing nothing at all for several months.I used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.
