Hey gang,finally got back late Mondy afternoon. Have spent the last 2 days catching up at work.
The time away was great. Got to do a lot of hiking int PA mountains. Put in about 8 miles a day. Definately lets you know if you need more cardio.
First day was sunny and cool. Second day was overcast and rainy. But how cares?????!!! It was great to get away from it all.
