    Of you guys and gals REALLY work out. I mean seriously put some time, dedication and effort into it.

                5 days on 2 off...Sat. and Sun. The 5th day is only abs though, so really 4 kick you in your ass days.

                        day 1 chest
                        day 2 bis, abs, calves
                        day 3 legs, shoulders
                        day 4 tris, calves, abs
                        day 5 back
                        day 6 off

                        day 7 start again
