Good night, that's a large lot. What do you have, an acre or more? Is is all one level living? If so, that's sweet! It's still sweet, but I would much rather have our square footage on one level than a ranch with a basement. The out building is very cool. I've got two sheds and it's still not enough. lol

Yeah, we live in a two story right now and hate it. Our current house was actually my grandparents pad when they first moved to Ga. the core of the house is over 100 yrs old and then it's been added on to over the years. So the place is really old, got all sorts of leaks and what not plus this neighborhood is gettin bad, crack heads and alcoholics like a 1/4 mile from us that walk around day and night lookin for shiot to steal so we're deffinately excited about movin!

Gonna throw down in about 3 weeks. The current owners will be out next Sat. then we've somone coming to replace the flooring in the dining room, living room and 3 of the bedrooms. It's particle board right now and they have an indoor dog that pissed all over the place and screwed up the floor, so we're getting 3/4 in. plywood and new carpet. I'd rather get hardwood, but gotta wait for the lotto to do that.
