I just got a job working at the Florida Hospital as a valet, Im so freakin excited. I start this morning at 8am, bout 6 hours from now. Anyone else been a valet and liked it?

I had a buddy do it at a nice hotel where we went to college. Made some decent cash with tips and pay. Good luck bro and make some money. PS. dont steal any loose change...lol Some people actaully know how much they have!!!

Congrats!!! Make some cash. I didn't Florida Hospital had Valet? A friend of mines was a valet at Cheesecake Factory. He made some good tips.NO PAIN, NO GAIN

from what I hear they make great money..not so much hourly but the tips is through the roof,.....it also depends where you work..hospital might be a different thing..less busy..rather than a big busy hotel...or a casino..Comment

I did valet during my tennage years, I knew some top notch people and worked at the fancy restaurants and made rediculous money. I'll never forget parking a Bentley at the age of 18 lol.
I remember going home with around $500, my friends would be pissed.Comment

First day...
woke up at 6am
left at 7am
got there at 7:50am
started work at 8am
ate some food at 12pm
got off at 3:40pm
got home at 5:05pm (its only 12 freakin miles away, traffic sucks ass)
waited to get home to count my tips of the 50+ cars i brought back from a parking garage that is 1/6 of a mile away...

... I made 26 ****ing dollars and only get 5 an hour as a wage...
F that! that is 11 hours of my time for 65 bucks before taxs....
thats ... about 5.50 an hour for hard ass work running all over the place...
valeting at a hospital is not the way to go, i am calling in today and asking for a schedule change to 2p-10p becuase of the rush hour traffic taking up 2 and a half hours of my day. If i dont make at least 10 an hour with tips and everything im ****ing done... IM SO PISSED RIGHT NOW!Comment
