I fukkiin hate dealing with the state! You can never get a hold of anybody, you leave voice mails etc... and the bastards never call back! I may own my business on paper, but the bottom line is I work for the damn state and am subject to all of their regulation bullsh!t that has been passed by legislators who've never set foot in a nursing home and I'm sure never will. When they wanna cut corners, they start with Medicaid (our primary source of residents). Does this make sense to anyone? You wanna cut some spending so you go after the folks who need medical assisstance? We bang our heads against a brick wall, just to be served more sh!t pie! I love my people but absolutely HATE this part of the business!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I need a shot of JD!

Medicaid.. that's welfare for medical for those that' dont' have or cant afford right??

with the influx of illegal aliens, i for tell of a wave of cuts to this type of funding.. people are tired of paying for those that won't work to pay for something..

that sounds cold.. but birth to grave care by the Government isn't right either..

I think medicaid is definately needed. My Grandma isn`t someone who hasn`t contributed to society in fact after her 90+ years she has contributed a lot. Now she couldn`t afford her nursing home without medicaid, infact it doesn`t cover much.

It`s not welfare for 20 year old Mexicans comming over the border.
It`s not birth to grave assistance. Birth to grave assistance is our defence budget.

For some people who`ve contributed years of service and paid years of taxes it`s the only way that they can afford the medications to stay alive.

Yup and with the ever rising costs of medication, dr's visits, tests, etc... more and more folks will be needing assistance.
