If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.
Not really but I did loose my favorite baseball hat. You know, the one you wear for years till the brim gets all frazled which makes the hat even cooler..
Where are you right now in your cycle bulking, cutting, pct, etc..?
Different for differnt body parts, chest & legs like low reps 6-8 arms and delts respond better to higher reps 12-15. Recently for size what`s worked best for me is to cut back on the number of excercises/sets. Used to do 4 excercises 4 sets each for chest and delts now I only do three excercises with 9-12 sets total and it`s working great.
