Can't stand either one of those jackasses. I remember back in I think 94, Albany Ga. (about an hour from me) had a really bad flood. Well jerk off Jackson comes down here sayin that the city had purposely diverted the waters to the poorer (prdominately black) sections. That was such a crock of shiot! The Flint river flooded and most of the lower cost housing just happens to be down there. Noone forced these folks to live on the damn river! Besides that, the city of Albany is all predominately black, so saying that the evil white powers conspired against the blacks was just plain ignorant.

Jackson was there when the Duke lacrosse players were 'accused' of rape. Where is he now that they've been cleared? I didn't see him in attendance at the press conference yesterday.

^alot of people believe that about katrina..i dont know enough about it, but it makes alot of sense. wouldnt suprise me at all.

If they are so in favor of improving the Black community, then why don't they start in the ghetto? You know, where there are black people killing other black people jsut for being on the wrong street. I don't remember ever seeing them in those places trying to improve Black America. No, they just attack people who say things or do things that are negative to Black America. But, when it's something that Black American does to themselves, those two assholes are no where to be found.

It's too bad Martin Luther King was killed, I bet black America would have had more self respect with him around. He was, in my opinion, one of the top 5 greatest Americans. He was one man who had such an impact on an entire nation. In my book, he is up there is Lincoln, Washington, Franklin and Jefferson. There are others that I feel had a great impact on this country but Dr. King was by far one of the greatest. He would be sick to his stomach if he was to come back and see what goes on in the ghettos.

Don't get me wrong guys, I'm not saying that 100% of the people in the ghettos are all bad, but there is a major lack of self-respect amongst people in those areas. It's just a fact. I know this is not the dream he had. And I know the role that guys like Sharpton and Jackson play are not what he had in mind. I would be willing to bet Dr. King would have been in teh face of these young black men telling them what is wrong about killing one another and to have more self respect.

However, with all that said, and I'm not trying to offend anyone, I think that Imus dude was way out of live and deserved to loose his job. I do. That's just not something you say. It just goes to show you that some people just can't get past the color of people.

both are incredible TOOLS but the part most people don't know is that they are very connected in the underworld, especially Sharpton. FBI had him on a 500 lb cocaine deal on video, 20/20 jammed him up about it and he denied it but truethfully he gave up tons of mafia dealers to get out of because they had him on video.
