OK bros, we all must get our 300-500 g of protien a day and depending on cutting/bulking (we`re always doing one or the other aren`t we?) our carb intake is goofy as well, cutting 100g carbs
bulking 700+g 
For me, I used to take 1cup oatmeal, 2 cups water, 6 egg whites put in bowl put in microwave put in mouth. Done in 5 min.
Now a days I microwave my chicken breasts and I`ll eat one cold and plain driving home from work in my car. Plus drinking egg whites, gotta buy high quality ones (don`t want samonella) keep em in the fridge.
Shoot em three at a time when I don`t have time to cook propperly.
So what are you willing to shove down your gullet in the name of progress?
