GYM RANT!

I went to the gym today and had a few of the most annoying gym occurances that happen. I know we had a thread like this before, but man I needed to vent.

First there was the tool on his cell phone. Why do morons insist on bringing their cell phones into the gym? "Hey I'm going to hold up equipment because I have a phone call. Everyone look at me I'm important!" People like this need to be beat with a freaking rainstick, then ass raped with a giant rubbery blade of grass!

Then the other jackass. THE HARDASS! I had this guy across from me mocking me to his buddy. I could've said something and started a fight, but I decided to be grown up about it and let him think he's cool. So I did the next best thing.......I walked next to him and stood there to let him know that he's a short biitch and let him go home with a nice ego bashing. I know guys like him are sensitive about his height, so I figured I'd let him feel even shorter than he is. F'n faggot! I wanted nothing more than to punch him as hard as I could in his face and spit in his f'n ear! His buddy was a fag too, he had that freaking horseshoe cut. Yeah real cool pair there let me tell ya!

I only bring my cell phone once in a while if Im waiting for an important call since I own a company I need to. I still always hope it doesn't ring cause I rather not talk in the gym, if I do get a call I'll walk with it to the locker room and outside to talk.

oh the wonderful world of gym characters...there "I were sunglasses" guy, there's sweat all over the place guy, stinky crotch woman, old farts who move to slow, circuit trainer idiots...the list goes on and on!

WELL SHE DIDNT TELL ME RIGHT AWAY BUT I KNOW MY WIFE AND I KNOW WHEN SOMETHING IS ON HER MIND OR PISSED. SO SHE TOLD ME AND I DONT CARE HOW MANY OR HOW BIG AND I'M NOT COMING OFF THE HARD ASS BUT THERE WAS NO WAY THEY WERE GOING TO TAKE HER BENCH. SO I WENT OVER THERE ALL BY MYSELF ALL 210 OF ME AND SAID YOU 3 PHUCK HEADS ARE DONE MY WIFE WAS WORKING OUT HERE HER STUFF IS NEXT TO THE BENCH SO BEAT IT.I'M A LOUD PERSON IN REAL LIFE AND I WAS REAL LOUD. BUT IN THE END THEY MOVED TO ANOTHER BENCH AND NO PUNCHES WERE THROWN.DONT EVER BACK DOWN

Fuzo is 100% right. I asked a dude that was using one side of the cables if I could work doing pull ups in between his sets. You would've think I asked to sex his wife then he proceeds to do 10 more sets. I am OK with "no" as an answer but don't be an dick about it. So here we are, him doing whatever the heck he was doing and me doing pull ups six inches away from him. The rest of the guys I know in the gym were cracking up because apparently this dude is notoriously a butthole and everyone else just took it from him.

damn...you guys run into alot of issues at your gyms! we just got the "stinky guy" and the young guy "who barks real loud when working out with too much weight and terrible form" guy...and they dont really hurt no-one. everyone else is cool...(know watch some shyt go down today!!)

FUZO's right DJ. Next time ask the fukkwad if he's got a fukkin problem. The only thing like this that's happened at my gym was I was jammin to Pantera and these 4 jerkoffs stroll in and change the cd to some country sh!t. So I go change it back and told them they can listen to the goat rapin sh!t all they want on their time but on my time it's metal or get out. They just appologized and did their thing. I hate rude assholes!
Another pet peave of mine are the guys who when they bench their asses are like 6 inches off the bench. What's that dumb **** all about? Or curls in the squat rack, quarter squatting dummies and of course the ones who never squat but don't understand why their legs won't grow.

My main reason I didn't start anything is my whole life I have been a very very confrontational person. I confront everyone on anything that pisses me off or disrespects me. In all the years I've done that it's gotten me nowhere but in trouble. So I've learned over the years that unless it's absoultely necessary it's not worth it to confront someone. Trust me if you ask all my friends, that's alot coming from me.

Now if someone took my wifes machine like Fuzo said damn straight I would have opened my mouth, or if they took my machine. But if it's just some guy being a fag and it's not directly effecting me, I'll just ignore it. Karma is a biitch and he'll get his!

THAT is the correct attitude in my opinion!!! i'm the same way...i wont be a door mat, but if i can avoid it, i'd rather...jail, lawsuit's, revenge...none of it means anything good!

that's why i enjoy working out at 4:30 AM. it's not very crowded and the worst we got is the power lifting wannabe. He and his two buddies are throwing major weight around with really sloppy form. One of them is always out with an injury. The only other gripe i can say i have is the very skinny woman who lives to do the circuit training after her cardio. I like to finish up my training on leg day with leg curls and leg extensions which are on the upper floor from the squat racks and leg presses. So after finishing up on the squats i head up there and do those and then go to town on my calves and without fail she ends up waiting because she goes from preacher curls to triceps machine to rowing machine to pec dec number 1 followed by pec dec number two, then hypers and then the leg area doing around 100 reps on each maxed out with about 20 pounds. I only do a few warm up sets followed by a ball busting set to failure with a few rest/pause or drop sets and i get the evil eye but phucque it she can wait.

Yeah bro, I can't stand the cell phone guys either. I own my own company and my clients know, the gym is MY time. And, they know I will call them back. However, I can understand if it's a very important call but some of the butt fuks walk around the gym with their phone and call people between sets. They are like girls with that thing attached to their head as a life line. I'm with you, I just want to smack them. And, most of them talk at the top of their lungs too, like I really give a crap about what they are doing later tonight. You don't impress me! You want to impress me, leave your phone in your car like I do and take the gym seriously.

As for the dudes who were mocking you, I told you to quick doing stiff legs with runners shorts. You have got to stop that bro. It's just sick. LOL What were you doing when they mocked you? I have to admit, I'm guilty of the 'hey, look at this idiot' stuff but it's usually some moron who has 225 on bench press and he's bouncing it so hard off his chest that it's 6 inches in the air before he has to start pushing. Those guys are morons. I mean seriously, where do learn that? I've never once seen anyone with a good build do that crap, so where do these guys get this from? Maybe they learn it in HS.
