I WILL BE GOING UNDER THE KNIFE TO FIX MY HERNIATED BULGED DISK. THEY WILL BE REPLACING MY C5-C6 WITH A NEW DISK-BONE AND THEN FUSE IT TOGETHER WITH A PLATE AND A FEW SCREWS.MY DR IS ONE OF THE BEST IN MY STATE AND SAYS I'LL BE BACK TO NORMAL. THE ONLY THING I MIGHT LOSE IS LOOKING UP HE SAYS I WONT BE ABLE TO LOOK UP LIKE I USED TO BECAUSE OF THE PLATE.NOT ALL THE MOVEMENT JUST SOME. RIGHT NOW I CANT LOOK LEFT THE HERNIATION PREVENTS ME THEN IT GETS PAINFUL. I ALSO HAVE MAJOR NUMBNESS AND TINGLING IN MY LEFT HAND THATS BECAUSE ITS PUSHING ON MY NERVE. I'M A LITTLER NERVOUS. THE SURGERY IS 3 HOURS THEY GO IN THE FRONT OF YOUR THROAT. THEY MOVE ALL YOUR THROAT STUFF TO ONE SIDE. DOC SAYS I WILL HAVE A NASTY SORE THROAT I WONT BE ABLE TO EAT SOLIDS FOR ATLEAST A WEEK OR TWO.YOGURT,ICE CREAM,SHAKES THAT KIND OF STUFF.WISH ME LUCK

Will be saying a prayer for you brotha...Ive been under the knife for a 4 hour shoulder surgery and understand your nerves. You sound you got the best doc so trust in him and just think you will be good to go in no time. AND ALSO like I told you before, you need anything you know how to reach me...Dont hesitate, keep stress to a minimum when out and get back on your feet and get that bench back up ASAP!!!!

you are strong bro, one thing i was concerned with. I know AAS will lower your ability for the blood to clot properly. You may want to inform your Dr. if you are on anything just in case you run into a problem and they cant stop the bleeding properly.Comment

If you want, I'll go by your favorite restaurant and order your favorite meal and call you up and tell you how good it tatses. Lots of protein shakes, that way you can hold your muslce. How long will you be out of the gym?I used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.
