I TOTALLY know what you mean bro...I felt like a lil biotch when I was talking to him that morning...I need to get my pics dloaded so I can see em...He put on a GOOD show that night and REALLY got the crowd into it...TRUE FREAK but a nice guy that Im glad I got to chat with for a few minutes..Always been my favorite..

they are professional bodybuilders for a reason. its his job to look the way he does. he gets paid alot of money to just look that huge. us normal folks is just to be bigger and stronger than your average male.. i know ill never be big like jay or ronnie or whatever.. its simply impossible no matter how much you train.. how much aas and gh u use.. it has to be within.

i'd like to meet j. i wouldnt be dicouraged...if anything, it'd just help stoke the fire...i have no delusions of ever getting anywhere near that size..like said before me, i just want to be bigger than the average guy

HAve stood next to Jay on several ocassions. He is avery nice guy. Is willing to talk and give out some usable info.
I am 6' and 260, and yes, I felt dwarfed beside him. But it only made me want to train harder.

I also stood next to Jay a few years ago and my jaw dropped wheni saw how absolutely thick the man was!
It literally looked like you could stack two of me on top of one another and still not equal his thickness.
And yes he was a very nice guy and went out of his way to make the fans happy.
