Word from a friend of mine who is on the "inside" and that is about all I can say is that they guy will be fired as soon as the bureaucracy that is CPD works through all the red tape and the dept of prof. standards is involved for the non-cuffing incident.

I would have taken my belt off, and looped it... grabbed a bottle... walked right up behind him and while he was bent over that poor girl.. I would have passed the loop right over his head and yank on that belt so hard he would have felt the world slip right out from under him.
i would have dragged him a out of the bar, and while holding the bottle, bottem-down and by the neck, i would be smashing his face in with bottle.
he'd be lucky if he ever got see the face of another woman again.
shame on him, and shame on every cop who served with him.. and didn't turn that POS in. Think of all the **** he has probably already gotten away with that eventually lead to this. The men who served with him should have picked up on this behavior and called him out on it.

Right on...and in today's world he probably would have sued you...and won...but who gives a $*#@ it would have still been the right thing to do. Props.
