  • crappie are biteing

took my Son out to the lake after work. he caught several keepers on minnows. i managed one bass on spinnerbait.

there is nothing more satisfying than the smile of a kid who just caught a fish. I am so blessed to be able to spend so much time with my Son, my Dad never had much time for me.

Sounds great bro. Can't wait until my twins are old enough to take fishing.

I can't wait to start fishing. We (my son and I) went for the first tiem together last year and caught thre good size rainbow trout. We cleaned 'em, took 'em home and baked 'em. My son loved every bit of it and was only three. Now that he's four he should enjoy it a little more. That's going to be 'our' thing I hope. It's good bonding time for a dad and son. It's something they will remember for life.

Way cool Jipped ! probally nothing more that can touch your heart. my dads' the one that got me fishing and into the outdoors too. lately I've been taking an old friend, an ex's father in law. he's a disabled vet and can hardly get around nowadays, so I help him down to the river to fish. I'll take a few pics when the weather gets better.
