Did any of you catch that show tonight? They showed where this sick **** was on his way to meet what he thought was a 13 or 14 yr old boy that he'd met in some chat room and when he shows up at the house he has his 5 yr old son with him! Yeah, these are just the dumb asses that get caught. I mean seriously, how phukin stupid do you have to be to go to the house of the child you are going to molest? They will get their fair justice in jail. I've been told by many people that child molestors get it worse in jail than anyone, except maybe a cop, but it's close. I can also say this, if some man ever tried anything on my son, there wouldn't be any cops, no cameras, just me and a bat. they only get 3 yrs most of the time..i dont know what should be done about child molestors bc its a true sicknes and 90% of the time nothing can help their urge..so jail is almost pointless

i admit if my hypothetical kid was abused by one of them i would no doubt kill them, but its alot more complicated then it seems..most know its wrong but cant help their urge..they need to be separted from society, but jail doesnt work.

I quit watching those as it makes my head hurt in terms of the SHEER stupidity and gaul these guys have. I ESPECIALLY hate it when they lie like a dog when they're caught. I mean they (meaning Dateline) have his chat log where he says some ESPLICIT things and or sends video of him masturbating. But no he was thinking naughty thoughts.
And that Dateline show IMPO at least in the online communities shows the double standard. When an adult male (let's say 40) wants to have/has sex with a 13 yr old girl he's a pedophile. But if a 40 year old woman has sex with a 13-15 yr old boy, the boy's a hero.
Until we get rid of this double standard this type of thing will NEVER stop. We need to start being fair in both circumstances. If it's bad for a man to do it then it's bad for a woman
