STRESS!!!!

i'm not someone who has to deal with alot of stress...i could probobly count on one hand the number of times i've really been stressed out! i'm a, glass is half full, type of guy...but, now, some a$$hole has came by and knocked my glass over!!! you know what i'm trying to do? well, yersturday evening i got a call from the city informing me that my site has been rejected!!! it's been a car lott for 29 of the 32 years that it's sat there!!! NOW it's being declined???!! are you fuggin kiddin me??!! so....i have to go in front of the review board (witch meets once a month) and lay out my site plan, and explain my buisness!!! 2 steps forward, 3 steps back!!! no wonder this state is so f'ed up!!!
now, dont get me wrong when i say this...but i'm not a "no" type of guy....in buisness, i dont ask questions that have a "no" option...i dont ask, "would you like to buy this car?"...i ask " would you like me to show you how to buy an affordable, reliable vehicle?"...like i'll get a no!!! not hardly...i didnt think i was asking an optional question with this either!! IT'S ALWAYS BEEN A LOTT!!!!! i need a drink

hey bro i know a little about that. i know law is different state to state and city to city but if i can i will. worst case they want it to get red tagged so you will be forced into selling it and they can grab it for a municipal space.

That's how it goes bro. Try dealing with the state and fed gov't on a regular basis, talk about bangin your head against a brick wall.

Welcome to owning your own business bro! You will find all kinds of speed bumps and detours but it's just going to make that first sale that much sweeter. I had to jump through tons of hoops to get my Real Estate Appraiser license because of my past. You do what you have to do and eventually you get there. Keep the chin up bro and embrace this as an opportunity to get to know the city council. Who knows, you may want two lots in 5 years, so it wouldn't hurt to make a good impression now.

2 lotts in 3 yrs, 3 in 5!!! yea, i know...i didnt get nasty with them (i saved that for the family!! lol) i just move alot faster than the people around me, and sometimes it gets me frustrated...it'll all be good. it was just coming at me from all side whe i posted this thread...

Sucks you've got to go through that. It always seems like there is something that holds you back. That seems to be how business goes. There's never a simple route, and when there is you usually find out after you passed the exit. Good luck man!
