I have a half sleeve that goes all the way around my arm, and yes it hurt a little at times. However, now I am getting removal done to raise it up about 2 inches so it is not as easily exposed and that hurts like hell. The one on the inside of my arm feels OK now... It was just bruised cause it is in a tender area I guess.
The one on the same side forearm feels like Sh*t. I think he went too deep and its going to cause some scarring. The bastid..Vet here and there....

I bet it healed up just fine.
Halfway around the inside of your arm was at least 10 inches of solid tribal which is painfull if done correctly.
If even the slightest little touch-up is ever needed, you know i'll take care of you, asap.

If you're muscular, the skin is much tighter which makes it a more painfull process than if you're fat or have loose saggy skin. This I have noticed in my 15 years as a professional.
